This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-22-Q-0104. This procurement is 100% buy Indian set-aside under NAICS code 237310 with a size standard in millions of dollars $39.5. Contractor shall provide asphaltic pavement repair on the oval perimeter road and related parking lots surrounding the Clinton Indian Health center In accordance with the statement of work. The period of performance for this requirement is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Site visit is scheduled for 10:30 AM on June 23, 2022. Questions are due no later than June 30, 2022 5pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is July 7, 2022 COB CST. If over $35,000 and selected as the acceptable vendor proposal, performance (SF25) and payment (SF25A) bonds shall apply Offers shall be evaluated on an acceptable/non-acceptable basis. This process shall proceed until a technical acceptable quote is identified THE INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE SHALL NOT CONSIDER YOUR QUOTE FOR AWARD IF YOU FAIL TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK CONTRACT AWARD SHALL BE MADE TO THE RESPONSIBLE, RESPONSIVE OFFEROR OFFERING THE LOWEST REASONABLE PRICE AND MEETING ALL TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS.
