This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 246-22-Q-0065 this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-4. This is Full and Open Competition, NAICS code 335999; the small business size standard is 500 employees. The Lawton Indian Hospital requires an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for a Siemens SOMATOM X.CITE System to include delivery and set up in accordance with the attached specifications. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial is applicable. The evaluation will be based on technical and past performance. Indian Health Service shall not consider your quote for award if you fail to provide a quote containing: Firm Fixed Price Technical Specifications of your quote along with country of origin (2) verifiable recent past performance that includes similar experience in equipment similar to the Specifications in the Statement of Work.
