This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-21-Q-0136. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 238350 with a size standard in millions of dollars $16.5. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price to replace damaged laminated countertops in accordance with the statement of work and drawings at the Claremore Indian Hospital 101 South Moore Avenue Claremore, Oklahoma 74017. The period of performance for this requirement is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Site visit is scheduled for September 9th at 10:00 am CST. Questions are due no later than September 13, 2021 at 5:00 pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is September 20, 2021 COB CST.
