This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-21-Q-0135. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 561621 with a size standard in millions of dollars $22.0. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price to provide and install security requirements in accordance with the statement of work at the Clinton Indian Health Center, 10321 N 2274 Rd. Clinton, OK 73601 and Watonga Indian Health Clinic 1305 S. Clarence Nash Blvd Watonga, OK 73772. The period of performance for this requirement is 45 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Site visits are scheduled for September 8th starting at the Watonga facility at 9:30 am CST and the second site visit at Clinton 1:30 PM. Questions are due no later than September 10, 2021 at 5:00 pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is September 15, 2021 COB CST.
