This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-21-Q-00131. See attached documents for the SF18, Statement of Work, FAR/HHSAR Clauses and Wage Determination. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 335312 with a standard business size of $1,250. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price quote to provide and install a 150KW generator at the Haskell Indian Health Center. The period of performance for this requirement is 60 days from the Notice to Proceed. Site visit is scheduled for Tuesday Sept. 14, 2021 at 10:30am CST. Questions are due no later than Sept. 15, 2021 at 5pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is Sept. 20, 2021 at 2pm CST.
