This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-21-Q-0125. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price to provide a concrete slab and electric service in accordance with the statement of work and site prep planning guide at the Clinton Indian Health Center 10321 N. 10321 N 2274 Rd Clinton, OK 73601. The period of performance for this requirement is 45 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Site visit is scheduled for August 25th at 10:00 am CST.
