This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-21-Q-00121. The RFQ cover page, Statement of Work, Clauses and Wage Determination can be found in the attached document. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 333415 with a standard business size of 1,250 employees. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price quote to remove existing air handler unit #2 and replace with a new air handler at the Claremore Indian Hospital. The period of performance for this requirement is 60 days from the Notice to Proceed. Site visit is scheduled for Tuesday Aug. 31, 2021 at 10:30am CST. Questions are due no later than Sept. 2, 2021 at 5pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is Sept. 10, 2021 at 1pm CST.
