This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-21-Q-00120. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 238350 with a standard business size of $16.5M. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price quote to remove entry doors and replace with new automatic doors at the Haskell Indian Health Center. The period of performance for this requirement is 60 days from the Notice to Proceed. Site visit is scheduled for Friday Aug. 20, 2021 at 10:30am CST. Questions are due no later than Aug. 24, 2021 at 5pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is Aug. 31, 2021 at 5pm CST.
