This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-21-Q-0093. This procurement is unrestricted under NAICS code 561621 with a size standard in millions of dollars $22.0. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price for fire monitoring, inspections, maintenance, emergency service calls and technical support at the Lawton Indian Hospital, Lawton, Oklahoma in accordance with the Statement of Work. The period of performance for this requirement is 8/1/2021 – 7/31/2022. The closing date for receipt of quotes is July 26 2021 at 6pm CST.
