This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-21-Q-0076. This procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 334510 with a standard business size of 1,250 employees Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price for a Mammography Unit for Pawnee Indian Health Center. The period of performance for this requirement is 60 calendar days from Notice of Award. A Site visit is scheduled for June 28, 2021 at 10:30 am CST at the Pawnee Indian Health Center: 1201 Heritage Circle, Pawnee, OK 74058. Please note that MASK are required and temperature's may be checked. Questions are due no later than July 7, 2021 at 12 pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is July 16, 2021.
