Provide a copy of IHS' Responses to the Questions received from Vendors 2. Provide a copy of the sign in sheet from the Site Visit 3. Provide a copy of the Updated Statement of Work dated January 29, 2021 4. Extend the proposal due date from: January 29, 2021 at 2PM, CST to: February 12, 2021 at 2PM, CST. _____________________________________________________________________________________________ This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-21-Q-0013. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 561621 with a standard business size of $22 million. Contractor shall provide and install all of the items required for the OCAO Physical Access Control Project in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (including the following items): Panic Button System, Pedestrian Gate Weather Proofing, Access Control Server, Access Control Schedule Override and Network Video Recorder. The period of performance for this requirement is 120 calendar days from Award Date. Questions are due no later than January 14, 2021 at Noon, CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is February 12, 2021 at 2PM, CST. Quotes shall then be evaluated for technical acceptability beginning with the lowest priced quote 3. This process shall proceed until a technical acceptable quote is identified THE INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE SHALL NOT CONSIDER YOUR QUOTE FOR AWARD IF YOU FAIL TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS IN THE SCOPE OF WORK CONTRACT AWARD SHALL BE MADE TO THE RESPONSIBLE, RESPONSIVE OFFEROR OFFERING THE LOWEST REASONABLE PRICE AND MEETING ALL TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the offer. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions.
