Attached are the questions submitted with answers and attachments. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-21-Q-0011. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 238210 with a size standard in millions of dollars $16.5. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price to install necessary conduit, wiring, materials and devices sufficient to adequately satisfy the scope of work at the Clinton Indian Health Center, Clinton, Oklahoma in accordance with the Scope of Work document. The period of performance for this requirement is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Site visit is scheduled for January 5, 2021 at 10:00am CST. Questions are due no later than January 8, 2021 at 5:00pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is January 18, 2021 COB CST.
