This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-21-Q-0001. This procurement is 100% total small business set-aside under NAICS code 532420 with a standard business size of $35.0 million. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price for 21 multi-functional copiers (print, fax, and scan) with a Lease and Preventive Maintenance agreement for the Pawnee Indian Health Center. The period of performance for this requirement shall be a base plus 4 option years starting December 30, 2020. The closing date for receipt of quotes is December 11, 2020. The offer shall be received by email to Ronay.English@ihs.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. CST, on December 11, 2020.
