The questions and answers have been added to the attachment documents. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-20-Q-0205. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 238210 with a size standard in millions of dollars $16.5. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price to furnish and replace existing fire detection components that are at the end of useful life at the Pawnee Indian Health Center, Pawnee, Oklahoma in accordance with the Statement of Work. The period of performance for this requirement is 45 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Site visit is scheduled for September 24, 2020 at 10:00am CST. Questions are due no later than September 30, 2020 at 5pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is October 9, 2020 COB CST.
