This contract was awarded to Cam-Dex Corporation located at 10 Central Kansas City, KS 66118 for $39,052.90. ************************************************************************************************************************** This combined synopsis/solicitation is hereby amended in order to incorporate the updated SOW, updated camera locations sheet, updated drawing/site plan and provide responses to the questions received from contractors. ************************************************************************************************************************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-20-Q-0119. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 561621 with a standard business size of $22.0 million. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price for network connectivity installation in the Wellness Center that integrates with the existing network connectivity in the Haskell Indian Health Center. The period of performance for this requirement is 60 calendar days from Award Date. Questions are due no later than August 21, 2020 at 5pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is 1pm CST, August 27, 2020.
