This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-20-Q-0118. This procurement is unrestricted NAICS code 621512 with a standard business size of $16.5 million. Contractor shall provide an all-inclusive firm, fixed-price to provide referral based MRI/CT Scans/X-Rays, associated laboratory services and radiology interpretation services for Wewoka Indian Health Center. The period of performance for this requirement is approximately one. Questions are due no later than Wednesday August 19, 2020 5:00pm CST. Questions shall not be accepted after this date. The closing date for receipt of quotes is Friday August 27, 2020 5:00pm CST.
