See attached SF 30 and revised SF 18 with new due date. This amendment is to revise the time for the site visit. It was originally posted incorrectly. The correct time is 8:30 AM on July 9, 2020. The SF18 is revised and corrected as well. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-20-Q-0091. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 238330 with a size standard in millions of dollars $16.5. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price to remove and replace flooring at the Haskell Indian Health Center, Lawrence, Kansas in accordance with the Statement of Work. The period of performance for this requirement is 45 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Site visit is scheduled for July 9, 2020 at 8:30 AM CST. Questions are due no later than July 17, 2020 at 12pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is July 31, 2020 COB CST.
