Claremore Indian Hospital (CIH) is seeking quotes to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the service of data collection and submission for the purpose of public reporting and to receive the facility’s full IPPS annual payment update (APU) (see schedule B) in the attached BPA for the Claremore and Lawton Indian Hosptial's located in Claremore and Lawton, Oklahoma. A BPA is a simplified method of filling the anticipated reptetive needs for services by establihsing "Charge Accounts" with qualified sources of supply. BPA's are designe to reduce administrative costs in accomplhishing small purchases by eliminating the need for issuing individual purchase documents. A single award BPA is anticipated as a result of this soliciation. Intersested Parties who will accept the attached terms and conditions shall submit a completed Scheudle B no later than January 8, 2020, at 08:30 am CST to sean.long@ihs.gov. Respones will be evaulated on price and services offered and a single award will be made from solicitation.
