The revised Statement of work and bid schedule have been added to the attachment documents. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-20-Q-0108. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 237110 with a size standard in millions of dollars $39.5. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price to furnish and install a new 6” water main for the Otoe-Missouri Tribe of Oklahoma in accordance with IHS Project OK 12-T10 scope of work. The period of performance for this requirement is 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Site visit is scheduled for July 30, 2020 at 9:00am CST. Questions are due no later than August 5, 2020 at 12pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is August 21, 2020 COB CST.
