Claremore Indian Hospital (CIH) is seeking quotes to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the supply of PalinGen Membrane (see schedule B) in the attached BPA for the Claremore Indian Hosptial located in Claremore, Oklahoma. A BPA is a simplified method of filling CIH's anticipated reptetive needs for supplies by establihsing "Charge Accounts" with qualified sources of supply. BPA's are designe to reduce administrative costs in accomplhishing small purchases by eliminating the need for issuing individual purchase documents. A single award BPA is anticipated as a result of this soliciation. Intersested Parties who will accept the attached terms and conditions shall submit a competed Scheudle B no later than January 3, 2020, at 08:30 am CST to sean.long@ihs.gov.
