This Limited Source Justification (LSJ) provides for a continuation of services that must be maintained to meet agency mission as the agency takes voluntary corrective action to the successor contract. This LSJ modifies an existing Federal Supply Scehdule (FSS) contract (GS-35F-337BA/75FCMC20F0025) and is in the interest of economy and efficency as a logical folloe on to a competitvely awarded FSS contract as described in FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C). Per agency policy this LSJ was signed and approved by the agency competition advocate. The LSJ is attached to this notice as required in FAR 8.405-6(a)(2).
