The purpose of the Sources Sought is to seek information from industry that informs the Government on how best to validate program-level quality of software fit for use and that the software successfully performs business functions prior to the system being deployed to production. All questions regarding this Sources Sought shall be submitted via electronic mail (e-mail) no later than Friday, November 17, 2023 at 1:00 pm EST to the Agency POC noted. Questions received after this date and time may not be answered prior to the closing date/time for receipt of responses. For each question, please include reference to the specific section(s) of the GFI to which the question applies. The questions and any CMS response thereto may be shared with all contractors on a non-attribution basis as to the name of the contractor that asked the question. The purpose of this RFI is to gain familiarity with the current market for a particular service and to gather information in a formal, structured, and comparable way. This RFI process may help in the decision making process by developing a well-conceived solicitation document (RFP, RFQ) and clarifying the competitive requirements.
