The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and capable of performing services related to address the agency’s need for “HIGLAS Hosting, Operations, & Maintenance (HOM).” CMS will use responses to this notice to inform any decision to set-aside the procurement contemplated herein for small businesses and the channel through which to acquire the services (e.g., full and open competition, fair opportunity under a multiple award IDIQ contract, etc.). Small business(es) will need to demonstrate the ability to independently provide the necessary capacity, staffing, knowledge, aptitudes, expertise, and facilities to accomplish the work requirements outlined within the enclosed Statement of Need.
