Responses to this sources sought must be in writing. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Small Businesses interested and capable of providing the services described below. The information gained from this market research will help the National Institutes (NIH) Center Cellular Engineering (CCE) plan for its acquisition strategy. Potential Large and Small Businesses shall include business information outlined in the section below as a part of their response. Provide a capability statement that addresses the organizations qualifications and ability to perform as a contractor for the work described in the Statement of Work. ***************************************************************************** The National Institutes of Health, Clinical Center, Department of Transfusion Medicine, Center for Cellular Engineering (CCE) has a requirement for Korus SUS Kits for use with the Korus Counterflow Elutriation equipment. The kits will be used in manufacturing, research and development of cell-based therapies for patients enrolled on NIH sponsored clinical trials at the Clinical Center. Additionally, these kits are needed to make improvements to manufacturing processes in the DTM Cellular Therapy Laboratory.
