This is a one-year support contract for Lucullus software installations at the NIH, covering a main production system and a separate QA/demo environment. The contract includes software updates and access to Securecell's support system, starting after installation and license activation. An annual fee of 20% of the total license value is invoiced yearly, excluding travel expenses. The scope also includes additional licenses for a Planning Tool, Media Kitchen, and REST API, as well as optional remote service days for support activities not covered by the SLA. Services are to be performed in the United States.
