The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified current 8(a) program participants who have the capacity to demonstrate the historical and current regulatory knowledge, current clinical and technical knowledge and skills to provide guidance and support to Minimum Data System and Resident Assessment Instrument activities. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or otherwise pay for any information solicited. Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. An organization that is not considered a current 8(a) program participant should not submit a response to this notice.
