The National Institute of Health (NIH), Clinical Center (CC),Critical Care Medicine Department (CCMD) intends to solicit a quote and enter into firm-fixed price for Microfluid MFCS-EX System, with Fluigent Inc. Fluigent Inc is an international company which develops, manufactures It is an international company which develops, manufactures and supports the most advanced fluid control systems available for microfluidics. Whether your application is with droplets, cell biology, particle studies, or in other research areas, they have the expertise and knowledge to provide the most cost-effective and technically advanced solutions for fluid control needs. This acquisition is being conducted using policies unique to the acquisition of commercial items prescribed in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for the competition requirements of Part 6. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this posting. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
