A solicitation document will not be issued and quotations will not be requested. The National Institute of Health (NIH), Clinical Center (CC),Critical Care Medicine Department (CCMD) intends to solicit a quote and enter into firm-fixed price Annual service support for Imaging System with Ziehm Imaging.., Ziehm Imaging will provide the following services under this service agreement for the Ziehm Solo, Serial number 51607: One Preventive Maintenance (PM) per year during contract hours., Service may be performed by Ziehm Service Technician or an Authorized Service Provider. Covers Glassware Full coverage of the systems I.I., X-Ray Tube and Monitors. After-hours service available at standard hourly rate. Documentation for all services, parts used and work performed at the time service has been completed. The purpose of this correspondence is to request a PO to purchase for the Annual Service Agreement on the Ziehm Solo. This equipment is used to provide fluoroscopic imaging support for Clinical Center patients in the Intensive Care Unit. This acquisition is being conducted using policies unique to the acquisition of commercial items prescribed in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for the competition requirements of Part 6. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this posting. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
