Solicitation # HHSNIHOPCSBSS-22-005783 Date Posted 3-3-2022 Date Closed 3-10-2022 This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued and quotations will not be requested. The National Institute of Health (NIH), Clinical Center (CC),Critical Care Medicine Department (CCMD) intends to solicit a quote and enter into firm-fixed price For Cystometry Service contract , with BD Bioscience. BD is the software proprietary and sole source of parts. The instrument must be service by BD since BD Biosciences is the only provider that can supply: instrument software revisions along with preventative maintenance inspections, technical telephone consulting and unlimited on-site service visits. This acquisition is being conducted using policies unique to the acquisition of commercial items prescribed in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for the competition requirements of Part 6. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this posting. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Comments to this announcement, referencing this posting number, may be submitted to the CC, Office of Purchasing and Contracts, prior to the closing date, March 10,2022 at 12:00 EST specified in this announcement, electronically to the attention of Priscilla Abalos, Contract Specialist, Priscilla.abalos@nih.gov by the due date and time marked in this notice.
