A solicitation document will not be issued and quotations will not be requested. The National Institute of Health (NIH), Clinical Center (CC), Department of Transfusion Medicine (DTM) intends to solicit a quote and enter into firm-fixed price Renewal of Blood Bank Control System (BBCSP) Primary Application Donor system. This recruitment modules are provided to assist Donor Recruitment staff in improving the efficiency of their recruiting efforts. The modules provide the facility with a full complement of recruitment tools necessary to create and manage multiple appointment calendars for multiple donation sources, actively recruit and schedule eligible donors, maintain donor group associations, schedule and monitor the effectiveness of mobile drives, and leverage recruitment metrics to increase the facility's pool of active donors. Manage Incorporated is specialized experience and knowledge commensurate with the Department’s environment, device deployments and the specified task.. There is no other known company that can provide the breadth and depth of knowledge of the unique instrumentation to Software and expertise on the device. The NIH intends to award a one (1) year fixed price purchase order to Manage Incorporated. This acquisition is being conducted using policies unique to the acquisition of commercial items prescribed in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for the competition requirements of Part 6. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this posting. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
