The purpose of this requisition is to procure (50) Axion CytoView microelectrode array plates for electrophysiological experiments required for testing antisense oligonucleotide toxicity in a new collaborative TDB predicative toxicology project. These microelectrode array plates are specifically designed for use with pre-existing microelectrode array equipment for compound screening experiments and data analysis. These MEA plates are specifically designed for use with preexisting equipment (Mastero-Pro, Axion Biosciences) used in microelectrode array screening experiments and data analysis. The material must be compatible with: -Maestro APEX robotic platform for plate preparation and routine culture maintenance (Axion Biosystems) -Maestro Pro MEA reader (Axion Biosystems) -Axis Navigator and NeuralMetricTool data analysis software (Axion Biosystems)
