On-site service will be within three (3) business days. Service and preventative maintenance includes all labor, travel, and parts necessary to restore the system to original operating condition. Preventative maintenance includes: • Both hardware and software • Cleaning • Adjustments • Calibration • Lubrication • Fitness for use verification Also included in this request will be replacement anti-static cartridges for analytical balance.
