This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is 75D301-24-Q-78250 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-05 dated May 22, 2024. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 92312, Administration of Public Health Programs. This is a RFQ for the procurement of a community outreach services performed by the National Football League Alumini (NFLA). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of this solicitation that will include the terms and conditions that are set forth herein.
