The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Politico, LLC. Politico Pro is a customizable policy intelligence platform that arms policy professionals with the intel they need to stay ahead. The platform features exclusive reporting and analysis, tools, and actionable data and insights with coverage options at the state, federal and international levels. The platform provides tools necessary to effectively track legislation related to CDC's global health programs and offers access to information needed for a more informed outreach approach. Politico Pro provides a policy experience that is completely customizable, giving users the ability to select specific policy areas to track and determine the format and frequency of the content required to meet the needs of the CDC's global health programs. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responses received within the date stated on this website will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
