Purchasing directly from Franklin Young International Inc., will provide the branch with critical items in a timely manner specifically addressing the timely manufacturing of detection of human health concerns and is key in the detection and control of rising outbreaks. This directly addresses the policies and guidelines for the manufacturing process that require all materials in house before the start of a project. The current vendor is unreliable and prone to delays. Due to this issue along with Rev. 5/14/19 having to constantly keeping up with order status, hinders our branch’s ability to achieve our timeline goals, resulting in time and resources directed towards finding alternate vendors to meet the organization’s need.
