This notice is part of a market research effort in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.302 (a) - Tailoring of provisions and clauses for the acquisition of commercial items. The purpose of this RFI is to conduct meaningful exchanges to ascertain whether the proposed tailoring of Clause 52.212-4 (a), (j), (n), (o), (e), (f), and (g) is consistent or inconsistent with customary commercial practices.
