The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to EnerFusion Inc, 1601 Hults DR, Eaton Rapids, Michigan, 48827-950, for Lynx , product number,DT6S, Solar Tables powered that are incompliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990(ADA) accessibility table. This is the only company that can provide picnic style table with (4) non-backed seats and (1) non-backed swing-away ADA/ABA accessible location. Umbrella with solar power, (2) 110 vac 60 HZ GGCI outlets, and (4) USB Type “A” power outlets, and (40 Qi-enabled “wireless” charging locations. LED lighting with timer operated with a push button and ambient lighting at dusk. (295) total watts power generation 300-Watt continuous power, 600 wat peak surge of power. Easy to maintain. Turnkey installation. No other products match the existing products installed. Insert the capability required that makes it a sole source. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within fifteen (4) days in accordance to FAR 52.203(a)(1) of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
