The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources to perform a potential contract requirement. Purpose and Objective: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking potential suppliers for antibody kits to tag circulating immune cells in macaques which CDC needs in order to measure intracellular antiretroviral drug levels from HIV target cells that infiltrate into mucosal exposure sites. This is measured in order to evaluate the effectiveness of on-demand pre-exposure prophylaxis drugs that will prevent HIV infection. The kit requires the following specifications: -1 Bottle of 10mg antibody with a concentration of 1 mg/ml -A certificate of analysis must be included -Sodium Azide at no greater than 0.1% -Format is Biotin -Specificity: NHP CD45 -Clone: D508-1283 Responses: Interested parties believing that they offer for sale items as described above are invited to submit a response to this notice.
