This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is 2021-54792 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote 75D301-21-Q-72926 using FAR Subpart 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to Vigilant Watch Integration Inc., 9 Drummers Cove, Stafford, VA 22554, to provide continued support and maintenance of the existing Text Illness and Monitoring (TIM) and Vaccine Second Dose Reminder (VSDR). Both infractructures support the response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Vigilant Watch was responsible in developing and launching both platforms and understand the critically of countinuing its missionuninterrupted. It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions may be accessed via the Internet at website http://farsite.hill.af.mil. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be issued in writing to the successful offeror. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management. To register apply via the Internet at http://www.sam.gov. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within fifteen (15) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
