The Centers for Disease Control and Prevntion intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchaes order to contractor['s name for description of product/service. This contract acton is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within fifteen (15) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon reponses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determing whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Statement of Work (SOW) - UNICOM COTS Software for PRAMS - PoP: 10/1/2020 – 9/30/2021 The UNICOM COTS software licenses are required for Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS) Integrated Data Collection System [PIDS] to keep the system deployed and operational. PIDS is deployed and maintained by CDC to allow 50 PRAMS grantees to perform their day-to-day operations and collect data for PRAMS surveillance. PRAMS Intergraded Data Collection System (PIDS) is designed, developed and deployed using UNICOM COTS software tool for questionnaire development and conducting mail, phone and in the future, web based survey interviews. In order to continue with PIDS to allow PRAMS grantees perform their data collection activities and operations, UNICOM licenses are required. Key elements for the grantee include: Encrypted connection Data synchronization Access to up-to-date changes and system enhancements Secure Browser for data transfer
