The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Acquisitions, intend to award a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1), to GenePlus Co., Ltd., 240/56, 240/58, Fl.24 Ayothaya Tower, Ratchadaphisek Rd., Huay Kwang, Bangkok 10310, to purchase the 7500 Fast Dx Real-Time PCR Instrument, with tower computer, laboratory equipment for CDC Division of Global Health Protection (DGHP) laboratory in Thailand. GenePlus Co. is the only licensed distributor in Thailand for the 7500 Fast Dx Real-Time PCR Instrument, which is made by ThermoFisher. There are no other vendors that can provide this equipment in Thailand. No request for quote will be issued based upon this notice of intent. This synopsis ends on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at 4 PM EST in accordance with FAR 5.203 (a)(1). Please include reference number (2020-49633) and respond by the stated date and time.
