The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Safety, Security and Asset Management and Asset Management Services Office (OSSAM/AMSO), intends to award a sole source purchase order to DLT Solutions, LLC 2411 Dulles Corner Park Ste#800 Herndon, VA 20171. The software designer AutoDesk preferred software supplier. The statutory authority for this sole source acquisition is 10 U.S.C 2304(c) (1) in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1- only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement. The NAICS code for this procurement is 519190, Internet Publishing and Broadcasting amd Web Search Portals with a size standard in number of employees 500. The period of performance is (12) twelve months. The purpose of this procurement is to procure the annual subscription license renewal in which the native AutoCAD program uses the DWG format data AutoDesk which created and owns the propreitary data for this specification format used by the Agency. This is the only software format design that is interchangeable with the exisiting structures required for publication in the Agency Intergrated Facilities Management System. DLT Solutions, LLC the authorized dealer of AutoDesk, Inc is the only responsible source capable of meeting all of the Government's requirement because Autodesk is the sole owner of the propreitary software format data and autorizes DLT Solutions, LLC exclusive licensing agreement with the Agency. Responsible sources that believe they possess the expertise and capabilities identified above are encouraged to submit capabilities statements to the Contracting Officer by the closing date of this notice. The Government will review all capabilities statements submitted and determine if other qualified sources do exist that could provide this requirement. Information received in response to this announcement will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The capability statements shall be submitted electronically via e-mail to the Contracting Specialist Matthew Ellington at mce8@cdc.gov on or before 5:00PM (1700) EASTERN STANDARD TIME on July 23, 2020.
