The purpose of this contract is to purchase a Competency Development Package that provides nation-wide access to quality learning opportunities in HRSA competency developmental areas for 250 regional employees. The training package will provide each employee with one year of unlimited access to a catalog of online developmental opportunities (such as synchronous and asynchronous e-learning courses, webinars, and audio/web/video-conferencing sessions) and synchronous in-person developmental opportunities (such as classroom training courses or workshops, seminars, and conferences) within their geographic area of employment.
