The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) 1600 Clifton Road NE, Atlanta Georgia, intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Health Resources Action, Inc. to provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the scope of work reflected in the tasks outlined below. The Contractor may require travel or communications with CDC to effectively provide CDC with translation tools designed to increase understanding of CHW sustainable financing within the overarching framework of CHW workforce sustainability and enhance the quality of technical assistance and guidance provided to programs funded at the federal, state, and local levels. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) or 8.405-6. The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 561110- “Office Adminstration Services". Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responses received within ten (10) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
