BACKGROUND: The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center (DZHC) is requesting for offers for a contractor to deliver Laboratory Reagents, quality control range, and other consumable supplies which requires ice packaging (BPA) for the Laboratory Department in strict accordance to the attached Specifications. Per FAR 6.302-1(c)(2) DZHC has identified a specific brand name, but will accept brand-name or equal descriptions. The anticipated Period of Performance is One year from the date of award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339113 – Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750.
