In order to assist the ATL lab, the San Francisco Laboratory will be implementing a new analytical capability known as Nutrition Analysis. The ability to perform nutrient profiles on all food products and dietary supplements is critical to determining adherence to the FD&C Act. In order to analyze sugar content as described in SRL-ACNA.010 the approved regulatory method for determining sugar content within ORS, the SANFL requires a new UHPLC system with Refractive Index detector.
