This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis is to notify contractors that the government intends to issue a Purchase Order in accordance with FAR Part 13 for the following, under simplified acquisition procedures. The Request for Proposal number is 75F40121Q00068. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 are incorporated into this request. The purpose of this procurement is to procure a software that is BRAND NAME OR EQUAL to Bayesialab for a twelve (12) month period. Product shall support the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) Center for Tobacco Products (CTP). This requirement will allow models developed by CTP to be transferred to the World Wide Web for user-friendly public use. The FDA requests proposal responses from qualified sources capable of meeting the requirements as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
