Market Research: The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid services is looking into potential sources to provide the services outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). To gauge a company’s capabilities and to assess your firm’s potential to provide these services, we are requesting a maximum 5-page response that addresses the below questions. What is your firm’s ability to acquire the appropriate skill sets to support a technology stack including but not limited to C-Sharp, C++, Crystal Reports and others? What is your firm’s ability to support remote Oracle databases, which exist in 53 State locations and 10 CMS locations (formerly regional offices) including coordination of application updates as well as standard operations and maintenance activities including adhering to all CMS security conditions and constraints? How would your firm plan for the large volume of knowledge transfer that would needed to occur to support the complex business rules as well as technical requirements that have accumulated for greater than 15 years in the system? Please describe your firm’s ability to make changes, gather data, create reports, etc. in a short period of time (days)? What acquisition vehicles does your firm currently hold a contract (GSA MAS Schedule, NASA SUP, SPARC, Etc.)? Format Requirements (RFI Response): Page size shall be 8.5 x 11 inches. Font shall be Times New Roman Size 12 with no less than single spacing between lines. Page margins may be no less than 1 inch on both sides. Charts, graphs, and tables may be no less than 9-point font Times New Roman. Tables and graphics may be landscape and all other text must be portrait. Submissions may include a cover page that has the companies' name, contact information, DUNS etc. Vendor's who opt to deviate from these instructions risk their information not being reviewed. Submission Requirements: Submissions to this request for information shall be no longer than 5 pages (1 Page -Cover Page, 4-page response to above questions, half page of offeror questions).
