(vii) These items are for the DHHS, shipping to SSC Building #5 Receiving Dock, Fifth and Boilerhouse Rd, Perry Point, Maryalnd 21902. Delivery is requested to be between August 15, 2020 and September 15, 2020. Evaluation will be based on lowest price technically acceptable.
