This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 246-23-Q-0047 this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. This will be 100% Buy Indian Set Aside, NAICS code 334516; the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. One (1) Urinalysis Analyzer Cost Per Test to include lease and service agreement for the Lawton Indian Hospital with automated visual microscopic exam component, based on testing utilization and individual site space and need limitations. Base Year with 4 pre-priced option years. The Statement of Work (SOW) with specifications are attached. 30 days ARO Price to include shipping The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial is applicable.
